Our philosophy and approach is to educate sellers on options as well as the best strategy to meet their timeline and real estate goals. There are many details to be taken care of in the pre-listing, marketing and escrow process. Instead of running around and trying to do it all, our team systems are in place. This means that more of our focus and energy can be spent on successfully navigating sellers through the process, which may include problem-solving next steps. Because of our team and technology systems in place, we still have you covered if Melinda is unavailable, such as when she may be attending a real estate conference or is on a brief vacation. Using technology, Melinda and her team are able to work remotely, so you can rest assured that your listing/escrow details will not have to be on hold until she returns.

Our systems include checklists for every process in the real estate world, so that nothing falls through the cracks! Some of our checklists include: New Listing Checklist, New Escrow Checklist, After Escrow Closes Checklist, Pre-listing Schedule of Events, and Purchase Schedule of Events. We work from these lists on a daily basis to track your property at whatever phase you are in.

  • Showing Suite: (customized for each home we list, this invaluable tool automatically emails a “feedback survey” to EVERY agent who shows our sellers’ homes; and instantly emails us as well as our sellers with any responses received)
  • DocuSign: (eSignatures makes it easy for multiple signers–no printing, faxing or scanning needed!)
  • Project Bubble Online Project Management: (more efficient than email, this program helps with our team’s behind the scenes communications)
  • PlanetRE: (Online Transaction Management, log in anytime 24/7 to track the progress of your escrow, inspection reports, signed documents, etc.)
